What data security measures does ConstanceNDA have in place?+
ConstanceNDA protects customer data with encryption at rest using AES-256 and encryption in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Each customer's data is kept separate from other customers, and access is tightly controlled. We support Single Sign-On so customers can manage user authentication, and our internal access controls follow least-privilege principles.
Is customer data used to train ConstanceNDA's AI?+
No. ConstanceNDA does not use customer data to train AI models or improve the platform for other customers.
Who stays in control of what is sent?+
You do. ConstanceNDA can prepare reviews, mark-ups, draft emails, and signing copies, but the workflow keeps human review before anything is sent to a counterparty. AI can speed up the NDA process, but it can also make mistakes, so ConstanceNDA includes review stages where judgement, approval, or external communication matters.
Does ConstanceNDA provide legal advice?+
No. ConstanceNDA is software, not a law firm or legal adviser. Your team remains responsible for reviewing outputs, approving positions, and deciding when an NDA needs advice from in-house or external counsel.
